— PLASTICS RECYCLING LINE SPECIALIST
I get plastics recycling lines running at full capacity.
Commissioning, restarts and optimization of washing and extrusion lines. I don't send a team – I come on site myself, anywhere in the world.

WHAT I DO
Three situations where I'm called in
New line commissioning
Your new washing or extrusion line is installed – now it has to run. I lead cold and hot commissioning, train your operators on the spot and stay until the line runs at rated capacity.
Restart after a shutdown
A plant that stood still for months is full of unknowns: machine condition, missing documentation, skipped maintenance. I assess everything and bring the line back into stable production.
Optimization and stabilization
The line runs, but below capacity or unstable. I find the real cause across mechanics, electrics and process, and set up the maintenance plan that keeps it running.

HOW IT WORKS
From your first message to a stable line
You describe the problem
A short description and a few photos of the problem and/or HMI. I arrive prepared.
I come on site
Diagnosis, repairs, settings, production run – alongside your team, across the whole line.
I hand over a running line
Trained operators, a maintenance plan and clear KPIs your team can run without me.

years as an independent specialist
Hi, I'm Jure.
I've spent my career inside production – first as an R&D engeer and production manager, then running maintenance, training and shift management at a recycling plant. Five years ago I became an independent specialist. I work alone, on purpose: you get the person you talked to, on your floor, from the first day to the handover.
“After the visit, the plant owner called to say that in his 56 years in this field, he had never seen such an experienced specialist.”

FROM THE FIELD
Real problems, real causes

Black, smelly material from a clean wash line
Water treatment, wash line and extruder all looked fine. The cause: clogged vacuum pipes at the far end of a central vacuum system.
Extrusion · Quality defect

The best tool was a cup of coffee
An "unstable" line reached capacity and stayed stable – without a single HMI change. Too many small adjustments were the problem.
Wash line · Process stability

Back to life after six months
A plant closed for half a year got a new owner. Together with their team we got the line running again – and celebrated the reopening.
Plant restart · After shutdown
What's holding your line back?
